Answer – Yes, the Guesto team offers comprehensive training sessions for your entire team. Additionally, tutorial links are available on the backend for each page. Users can refer to tutorial videos for any clarification needed while building itineraries or vouchers.

Answer – At Guesto, data privacy and compliance with regulations such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) are of utmost priority. We employ robust security measures, encryption protocols, and strict data handling practices to safeguard user information and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, we sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA) which includes a Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) clause with each of our client to ensure data privacy for both parties.

Answer – Guesto provides data on accommodations, pre-prepared day itineraries, and sightseeing options. This data can be easily fetched & edited by you to tailor it to your needs while building itineraries & vouchers.

Answer – Currently, there is no capping on the number of users per account. Unlimited users can utilize a single login.

Answer – No, DMCs cannot share their logins with agents. DMCs are responsible for creating itineraries & vouchers themselves and sharing the final product with their agents. Sharing logins would result in a breach of privacy policy & our SLA.

Answer – There are no restrictions on the number of itineraries & vouchers that can be created on Guesto. Users can create an unlimited number of them on the system. The validity of these itineraries/ vouchers is as per the subscription plan opted by the user.

Answer – No, users cannot make changes on the Guesto app directly. Any changes need to be made at the backend, which will then reflect on the app. Also, while the data on the app is customizable, the design, sections and headers are not.

Answer – Yes, users have the provision to add their own recommendations for dining, shopping, and local experiences. Additionally, Guesto has already included 3-5 recommendations for every destination.

Answer – No, Guesto passwords are auto-generated and provided to the users for their first login. Users are responsible for changing their passwords after first login. Once changed, Guesto no longer has access to user accounts.

Answer – Yes, Guesto app is available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Answer – No, an active internet connection is not required for viewing day wise itineraries in the app while on tour. Internet access is only needed if user wants to download any documents from the app.
